BodyMind Balancing is a brand-new weekly class, coming soon on the 1st of September to Revival Fitness Studio in Clitheroe.

Using the principles of Postural Alignment, JEMS Movement Rehabilitation, Meditation and Taoist practices, BodyMind Balancing will help to bring your mind and body into greater harmony, leaving you feeling focussed, energised and centered. If you want to walk tall, move beautifully and stay supple in the face of life's challenges, then BodyMind Balancing is for you.

What can you expect in a class?
You will be taken through a journey of mind and body integration with a series of postures, exercises, breathing techniques and meditations to leave you feeling incredible.

What are the benefits?
You may obtain more energy, better posture, greater strength, balance and an overall sense of wellbeing.

Who is it for?
The class is suitable for moderate levels of fitness & ability and upwards. BodyMind Balancing is great for those with minor physical complaints, low mood and those wanting to optimise mind and body for athletic or general life performance.
