how it works
If you are a professional footballer or other professional sportsperson anywhere in the UK, just simply send me a message or give me a call. Once I know a little about your personal needs & requirements we can schedule our first BodyMind Balancing appointment.
I will come to you and bring all necessary equipment. The appointment time will include a thorough series of asssessments, plenty of hands-on treatment, a personalised, guided hypnosis / meditation and bespoke exercise instruction & programming.
Please expect each BodyMind Balancing session to last 2-3 hours.
